Counselling or Body Psychotherapy

If you are looking for counseling, for example small number of sessions to discuss difficulties connected to work/retirement, money, relationships and so on, I can offer my attention and empathy and help with finding practical solutions and support.

Body psychotherapy may go wider and deeper than this. Talking and listening, and/or using gentle massage and breathing techniques, we would explore what is going on in your life currently, what may be bothering you from the past, and work at releasing unwanted tension and feeling more relaxed and comfortable in your body and more at peace with yourself.
